Frequently asked questions
› What is group buying (group buy)?
Group buying means many people buying the same product together. The more people join, the bigger the order, so the price drops. On EksatheKini every deal has price steps — as bookings grow the price moves to the next step, and when the deal ends everyone pays the same final lowest price.
› Is EksatheKini an online shopping site?
Yes. EksatheKini is an online shopping site (e-commerce website) in Bangladesh, but unlike a normal online store with fixed prices, the price falls as more people buy together. We deliver to your door anywhere in Bangladesh by courier.
› How do I order?
Open a live deal, verify your mobile number, type your address and send a small booking amount by bKash, Nagad or bank with the TrxID. The final price is set when the deal ends; pay the rest in cash on delivery.
› Is a deal cancelled if few people join?
No. Even if only one person orders, it is delivered. More buyers only make the price lower.
